In consideration of the acceptance of this entry by the Okanagan British Car Club (the “Club”), I hereby release the Club and its members, officers and Directors, from any claim for loss, injury, or damages arising from any cause whatsoever arising from or attributable to my participation in this event (a “Claim”) and I also agree to indemnify the Club, and its members, officers and directors for any Claim advanced by any other person arising from or attributable to my participation in this event. This agreement shall inure to and be binding upon my heirs, executors, successors, and assignees. By signing/checking the box below, I accept the release of liability.
